If you require accommodations as per a professional's diagnosis and report (e.g. psychologist, speech language pathologist, etc.), it is important to do the following after you have been accepted to college:
Contact the college to provide them with documentation identifying a diagnosis and accommodations required (e.g. psychological evaluation). Please see below for contact information by college.
An IEP (Individualized Education Plan) will be created at the college, and all teachers will be made aware of required accommodations (e.g. additional time on tests/quizzes; assistive technology; teacher notes in advance, etc.)
